I think the pics with the two ome springs and the stock springs are upside down(some guy posted them for reference upside down so they would stand up and you could see the difference)

the big side goes to the axle and the smaller side tucks up into the isolator...

I dont think it is upside down

its in there the same way the drivers side is, and there is no bow there

and as far as the ome good luck, they are a great company - but if you mass produce something there are bound to be an error or two here and there, nothing about this problem makes me think ome is bad........ i love the lift/ride...etc ....but it is possible that the spring is bad.... there is nothing else I can do as far as reclocking , etc ...except have them warranty it and see if that works, unfortunately at this point that is the only way to tell

What upper mount are you talking about? I thought the top of the coil just rested on the isolator, seems there wouldnt be many ways to not seat that right

You have any pictures showing how its seated right compared to how that pic is

It would be a great help because OME has some new springs on the way and the dealer is gonna charge me an hr of labor to replace them with these

All I can say is they better hope it fixes it or I am going to be pissed(not at OME, but my Dealer) ...

If I can prove its the dealers fault they cant charge me labor on shit

I just installed my OME lift on Saturday and noticed the same bend with the springs. Did I install them wrong? We tried matching up the ends with where the factory coils were as much as possible. We also didn't recieve the 1/2" coil spacers:

I dont think you installed it wrong, I dont think its the springs either, but I dont know what it is

Are you axles centered and the factory isolator not crushed?

Mine has the pucks in there, but it looks identical to mine(the bow)

I used the Ft track bars to center my axle and took out the spring and made sure that isolator was not crushed, no luck still bowed,

OME sent me some new springs I will update when I get those in and on...

Good luck with it.

Thats the same shot as your "flex" photos....Is this taken with the axle drooped down on that side?
If so, its probably normal

Yeah it was flexing when I took it. I included it because it looked that way shortly after we put it on and hadn't put everything back together yet.
