i originally did them separately but i kept messing them up them putting them on (probably my inability to wait for anything to fully dry... yay patience haha) so once i got them on i just sprayed another coat on it. although i just rotated my tires and none got messed up

Just did a rock guard on the hood. Clean the area and peel your tape off carefully. When I peeled the tape a bit of the corner came up. So far everyone who has seen it likes it. If I can do it anyone can.

avoid it? I wouldnt go that far. I have used it for my grill and wheels and had nothing but great results. no scratching or peeling. It can be returned to stock at any time. Sounds to me like it should be everyone go-to to see if they like it, rather than avoid it. Click image for larger version

Ive used it on various parts and I can also say that I have painted over it with spray paint and it still peels off when you want it to, I have had no issues of it peeling off when i didnt want it to even through washes, it's been great for everything I've used it on!

I am starting to get addicted to the stuff.. Dip my jeep hood first and then the bumper on my Tundra.. Next project might be wheels or grill...

I've put it on several places and it's holding up fine. I Blacked out all the chrome pieces on my wife's commander and it looks bad ass now...

The cover for my windshield mounted lights were white and I couldn't stand it so I scuffed them up with sand paper and sprayed them with Plastidip. It's been over a year now and I haven't had to touch them, so far they are holding up great.
