The coilspring doesn’t seem to be sitting perfectly straight up and down, rather it has a curve or bend to it. The coil spring on the passenger side is nice and straight with plenty of clearance between the spring and the swaybar endlink. I was nearly 11pm when I noticed this issue and I didn't have time to try to figure it out. I took a few photos and attached below.

Does anyone have any idea what going on here? I would appreciate any help you all can provide. This is my first Jeep and I have very little experience with solid front axles or lift kits in general. Thanks in advance!

Can I see a pic showing the end on the bottom of the coils? I wondering if they aren't seated right.

When I did mine last week we had to wiggle/twist one of the back springs to get it properly set. It took about 20 extra seconds.

Thanks everyone (including Teraflex) for your help so far. I'm at work right now, but I'm going to finish up early and try to get this issue resolved today. I'll take a bunch of photos and make sure the coil spring and the pucks are seated properly. Hopefully, it's just a simple issue like that.

Default Teraflex leveling

Upper puck is not seated-I had same issue-had to hold it in position when jacking axle back up-It is a little tricky to get in upper spring mount squarely.

Update:
I'm still having issues and I can't figure this out. I tore down the front end and made sure that both the coil spring and the pucks appear to be installed correctly. Both look like they are properly seated. There is a very small gap between the left end-link and coil spring, and the right side the gap is nearly a full inch.

I got the rear installed tonight without issue. I measured all four corners and they are all within .25” (37” high at the fender flare). Both rear sides and the front right installed without issue, but the front left is frustrating me. As I said in the OP, I’m handy enough to work on my own vehicles, but I’m very new to solid axles and lift kits. When my brother walked by, he said he thought the front axle was slightly out of parallel with the rear. Upon a close examination, I saw what he was talking about (I think, but it could have been an optical illusion). I’ve read about the front axle “shifting” when lifted, is it possible that’s what I’m experiencing? Would some type of adjustable control arm or track bar potentially fix this issue? If anyone has any additional input, please let me know. Thanks!

Here's a photo showing the clearance between the end link and spring on the front right side (opposite side):

Yes I was curious about this also.

Also, have you dropped the vehicle down and put the weight of the vehicle on the ground? I'm wondering if it will straighten on its own when its dropped back down.

When the spring is removed from the vehicle, it is perfectly straight. I lowered the vehicle, test drove it, raised it again, removed everything and replaced the spring/puck, and the spring still looks like it does in the most recent photots. I'm stumped.

My Jeep is only a few months old, it is a 2010 JK Rubicon UL. There's only 1,877 miles on it.

Wow...I am out of ides my friend. I gotta think it is something simple. There have been enough of these installed and they are "usually" pretty straight forward. Mine went pretty easy.

I hope you get this figured out.

I read through and thought I saw someone ask if the upper part of the pucks "locked" into place. I had to throw some grease on mine and then use a bottle jack to so it could properly catch on the ridge.

As I type this, I hope I am not thinking about the rear pucks - but I do remember jacking around with the fronts and the springs to get everything right. Mine is an 08 - FWIW.

Good luck and keep us posted.
