Maybe try switching the two front springs to see if it is something with that?

Good luck and keep us posted.
Yeah I had to do this the rears on mine also. The fronts went right in.

Does anyone know if the front springs are the same L/R on a 2010 Rubicon Unlimited? If the are the same, I'll tear the front end down again and try to swap the left and right to see what happens.

As I said before, my Jeep is nearly new, but it almost looks like the whole front axle shifted back toward the rear on the left side (again this may be an optical illusion). Is that possible? I'm getting a little frustrated.

I can imagine your frustration on this, these are usually a pretty cut and dry install.

I will let someone else comment on your question about the springs being the same, but as far as you axle shifting rearward, can you measure from center of axle to center of axle front and rear to see if indeed it has moved?

There should be a tag on the coils with a part # on them.

matt33:

When you installed the coil spacers did you put a little grease on them so they could slip into place without binding?

Did you loosen your control arms up at all? I'm wondering if the control arm bushings are bound up a little.

Give me a call when you can.

How is this going? Did you find the issue yet?

I wracked my brain but it does appear to be the classic "not all Jeeps are made the same" syndrome.

It all looks like it's installed correctly so good luck with it

x2

very awkward...if puck is sitting correctly i would check control arms by loosening(not removing) then re-torque..

No, I haven't resolved this issue. This is all very frustrating. I've spent hours trying to figure it out. I confirmed that both front OEM springs are the same part#, but I haven't had more time to mess with things. This weekend, I'm going to try switching the springs and the spacers around and see what happens. I'll also loosen and re-torque the control arms on Saturday. Does anyone know what size wrench/socket I need for the contol arms? Also, do I re-torque all of the front control arms or just the lower?

I wish there was a good 4x4 shop in the area that could help, I'm to the point now that I just want to pay someone to tell me what the issue is and how to fix it. I may even take the whole leveling kit out and have the dealer measure everything up, hopefully under warranty (obviously I'll take the TF leveling kit out first).

If anyone has any other ideas, please help.

If it's any consolation the gap between my left front spring and the sway bar link is much less than the gap on the right side, too. It's not as close as yours is, but it's much closer than on the right side. I have an '07 Rubi.
