Is the Procal or Flashpaq worth the investment with the 6-speed. I am only trying to readjust my speedo since putting in new gears and tires.
If thats all you need to do the procal is perfect for the Job.

What does the ProCal do that the flashpaq doesn't? Other than not adding any power...Serious question...

OK first off let me just say... SPEND THE $$$$! I measured my 35 KM2s at 34" dead on with 30 psi and it took all of 3 minutes to run the patch.

RESULTS:

1. My speedo was dead on the first time. I verified with GPS and tailgating the wife in her car.

2. Throttle response is right on and shift point were noticibly changed. This is not to say I have more power but it def shifts at the right time now.

3. Highway speed 60 - 80 were smooth. I drove with both OD on and off and there is no real need to turn it of anymore.

4. Passing is still a joke

5. My econo reading went from an average od 12.9 to 14.3

Overall very much worth the $129 IMO.

Just FYI in case you missed it

Did your mileage change because you corrected speedo and you are actually traveling the right distance, or because the Procal gives better fuel eco?

miles are corrected.... the Procal in no way increases gas mileage... it just synchs everything so you get the true reading

That's what I figured...still, at least you know your true mileage...like it is ever going to matter (never gonna be anything to brag about)

this is true.... not like we bought Prius'

I drove 20 miles to work this morning and my reading actually hit 15.4 I wonder if I can get the hybrid discount on my taxes now....

Drives waaaaay better than before and po po behind me wasn't alarmed so the speedo fix was worth it. I am going to mess with the DRL tonight.
