Yeah they are not that bad. I've done similar ones on a TJ and they were about the same. The 4 door made it a little harder, but with a friend to help lift into place and then using a floor jack it wasnt bad.

The foam Idea in the body isnt bad, but that stuff is a mess to clean up if you get it on anything or your hands.

I think I had 2 bolts that didnt line up after everything was done and it was the same on on both sides. So no big deal. I hope your right about the rust, because I plan on keeping the jeep as long as my old 91 cherokee I just got rid of last year, with no rust. I need some touch up paint for the door sill, when I broke the tip off of the 1/2 inch drill bit it skipped up on the inside and put a small dent on the sill where the pait came off.

Overall the install is very clean, and the holes you drill get covered up so if you use silicone and take your time it isnt hard.

semi-satin black will match the powder coat perfect. I've touched mine up alot after wheeling. It blends in perfect.

Bumpers are just as easy as any other bumper. Tube fenders were easy too

As far as the foam stuff...you gunna do it? I know theres spots where it seems like water could get in, but with all the silicone I used, I think it could be ok. I also painted around every hole I drilled with a spray can before putting the rockers on. I figure I'm never gunna take these off, so why not paint and prevent the rust, right?

Probley not, only because. The JK is parked for the winter. I did paint the holes and used a ton of RTV as well.

Yeah, if you take your time they fit great. It takes a little bit to line them all up but once you do it looks great.
