Thanks for helping me yesterday Steve. All i can say is the directions are as they say TERRIBLE, i will never put another set of these thinks on ever again. I should have waited for a buddy. I figured i have done everythinkg else but my gears, i can do this. It is definately a 2 or even 3 man job to keep it really easy. and toward the end of the passenger side i stripped a nut sert out, no biggie can fiz it just a pain in the ass. Mooral of the slider dont do it by yourself if you have a four door and take your time. I only have the passenger side on now and will get drivers side on today once my Eagles whoop up on the Broncos

Im not sure that I agree 100% they wont interfere as I had to trim my stock frame mounts for the body. I am using a 1.25" body lift but it would still require trimming with a 1". It is not major trimming just a lil off the rocker will take care of the clearance issue and its in a spot that will not effect anything.

I have some pics somewhere and will try and get em posted.

well finally finished

I can not believe i did the passenger side by myself yesterday. I had help today which made it some what easy, just takes time. I ran into the same problem on both sides, it was the nut sert closest to driver door. I spun them on both sides which left them useless. I cut the bolt head off and I will figure out something for them down the road. All in all i love them and WILL NEVER PUT ANOTHER SET ON ANY JEEP AGAIN just because of install. They are STOUT which makes it all worth it

chances are you made the nutsert hole to big, they need to be smaller than the 1/2" hole it says to drill

Glad you got them installed with little trouble - you will love the performance. I've really knocked the snot out of mine and they have done much better than my stock rubicon rails did.

I have a 1" BL and didn't trim anything on the rocker, they fit like a glove. Not sure what you trimed?

Oh and the nutserts can be a pain. I got mine to work with no problems but I took my time and made sure they were tight before I put on the guards, so I could tighten them again if needed.

Glad I could help wish I lived close, I would have helped put them on. I enjoyed the install on mine, and would do them again. I could do them in under 4 Hours now. Guess I'm weird? lol

It was probley luck, I did the same on the first set I installed. I didn't make the same mistake installing the second and third sets.

Go to the hardware store, they should sell a rubber nursert that'll work on the hole that's to big
