Update two...
Finally received the passenger side rail today. Purejeep sent it out ground. normally that wouldn't be an issue, but they were shipped out originally a week later than promised and then after they make a mistake they take the cheap route to get me the correct part causing me to miss out on a planned wheeling trip. Gee thanks guys
I was also missing some of the hardware and had to drive all over town to find the correct length stainless bolts, So total time to install 9 days.....

I like the rails overall but if I had to do over again, Id look else where.

 

I assure you we care. I am sorry your trip got delayed but I did my best to get you out what you asked me for. I wasn't made aware that you were missing hardware. I wish I would have known about the hardware so I could have made your life easier. I believe I made contact with you on the 18th after reading your post and your rocker shipped by the 19th. I do what I can to help sir. If there is anything else I can do to help please don't hesitate.

 

Not going to get into a pissing match. I just figured it would have been shipped a lol faster than ground. The call tag for the wrong side showed up the next day, seemed they wanted the wrong one back asap but took the slow route in getting the right one out. as for the fastners, I passed that info on to my supplier. I was not aware you were purejeep, I thought you were just another supplier that carried them.
I do appreciate your help just a lil frustrated as you can tell.
