Default Rhino Lining the Interior

I'm very much thinking of Rhino Lining my interior floor of the JK. I don't hate the carpet, it's just that it seems to be a pain at times to clean after offroading and/or mudding, and today while taking my old oil down to be recycled at AutoZone, guess what happens and of course to me... the oil splashed out of the bucket while hitting a bump and some how found it's way through the layers of bags and tinfoil wrapping and literally leaked all over the rear carpeting of my JK.

Questions:

1.) Has anyone rhino lined their interior before? Are there pics at all?

2a.) Can I do this myself in my garage or can only a service provider do this?

2b.) If I do do this myself, what tools do I need or precautions should I take before lining the interior?

3.) What are your thoughts and opinions about doing this? (I would do a flat black finish)

Cost of course I'll look up on my own.

Thanks!

MAny on the forum have sprayed the interior of their JK, just do some searches and you will find them. Here is a link to one of them:

I am considering using some stuff called Safe Floor. It is made for the marine environment. http://www.safe-floor.com/home.html

Thanks, LifeTime. Yeah, I already started searching. Many members seem to be favorites of Line-X. I'll check out that link you gave me.

Everyone else, keep answering.

Thanks!

easy to clean after wheeling, when i take the top off, no need to worry about smelly moldy carpets....

Could I Line-X or Rhino Line the interior myself or should I go to a service provider?

I know service provider's will take everything apart and spray the entire inside, but if I do it myself, are there any cons of not spraying every square inch of the interior?

I just don't want to end up spending like 600 bucks for everything. If I can do this myself, then I will.

Thanks.

I had mine done for $500 with Line X and I had to remove all seats except the driver seat.

They even took the caulk stuff and air chiseled it out from under the rear seat and DR / PS floor boards.

Best mod I ever did. The wife even agreed with this one

Wings fan -- your JK is incredible. $500- $600 or so I'm looking at? I suppose that price isn't too bad for line-x. Once I have a day off work I'll take my Jeep down to the nearest provider and get a quote.

Thanks everyone!
