Rock Krawler JK 2.5" Max Travel Kit
I would buy a set of Teraflex bump stops. They are cheap and easy to put on, at least the rears are anyway.
954700 for the rear pair.
953800 each for the front [will need two]
The rear come with bolts that use existing holes on the axle. The fronts go in place of the factory bumpstops and then the bumpstops into the new extenders.

I just put on the 2.5" Stock Mod and Bilstein 5100s, so the same just minus control arms. I just need longer brake lines now as it flexes really well. Here is a driveway shot with 35x12.50R15 Baja Claws to get an idea of how the jeep will sit.
Crap!! Years ago when I was a mechanic I knew all those guys that could just weld up something. Not so much now! Another day lost to misinformation. I'm sure this will end up with waivers being signed and warranties voided. Sounds like a call to Northridge to cancel if it hasn't shipped.
Man that really pisses me off it says right on the web site all bolt on!!!

Finally finished installing mine. I just had to work on it here and there when I had the time (I don't DD it anymore, obviously). It was a very straight forward install, and I'm pleased with the outcome. I'll take it out tomorrow for its maiden voyage to work out any bugs (steering wheel centered, alignment stuff). I got it with the 5100's, so I can't do an apples to apples comparison over stock.
Curious how this turns out. I ordered the same lift, should arrive within a week or two. Also getting Bilstein shocks and a front drive shaft.
I'm having it installed by a local shop, not about to try to tackle this myself.

I've heard of clearance issues with the JKS TB. I can't be more specific because I can't remember! The other thing is that the rear axle bracket is known to be weak and the RK bracket strengthens it when it's welded in.
