Rock Slider / Rocker Protection
#11
LOD Signature Series have the perfect setup for excellent protection and a functional step. The mounts are very stout and can be bolted to the frame. I didnt want to do a bunch of drilling so I bolted the few factory locations and then welded the rest to the frame.

You should look into White Knuckle Offroad ( https://white-knuckleoffroad.com/jeep-jk/ ). Rock sliders are the only thing they make. They are made to order, bunch of different options and bolt/weld to the frame. Love mine, have taken the full weight of the Jeep coming down on obstacles no problem.

Another bonus of the frame mounted White-Knuckles is no need to also buy rocker armor. The pinch seam is pretty well hidden, if it bothers you (doesn't really bother me), and if you manage to damage a rocker with these installed, in pretty sure that means you totaled the Jeep in the process, so you will be having bigger issues than a wrinkled rocker.
They do, or at least they used to, make a little strip of metal to cover the pinch seam, but I never saw a need for that.

Exactly this. I can't see the benefit of rocker armor IF you have a solid frame mounted set of sliders like this. Pinch-seam mounted ones, I can understand, but like tjkamp said, you'd really need to mess up to damage the lower part of your Jeep with these on.
