I had a short throw in my TJ and loved it. Its not a performance issue in a jeep but more of a comfort issue. I drive truck for a living and after reaching to the passenger side door for the upper gears all day i would love the flick of a wrist shift i used to have in the TJ. I liked it while on the trail too when you need the gear boom your right in!
