Default Sliders

Ok Peeps It's been on my computer in deciding which slider to go with. some decisions I have looked at are ones I can't post on here due to them being non sponsors but are sold through a sponsor weird. regardless here are some of my decisions any suggestions and it will be going on a 2door

I also like these but not sure how they mount but bu the looks you still have to drill into the rockers for added strength. but I like the way it has the sides and forms to the body. the only thing Im not to keane on is the way the step has the cicrles cut into it for traction.

These are cool too but you have to drill into the pinch seam and they claim to be the strongest ones out there and they also mount into the body mounts.

and then these since they match my bumpers lol by rugged ridge. Not sure on the difference between them though

ummm, please re-read our rules more carefully. unless they have been blacklisted due to their business practices or conduct here, we encourage you to talk about all manufacturers regardless if they are sponsors or not. all that we ask is that you do not post direct links or contact information to them if they are not.

having said that, of your choices, the PJ are definitely the way to go. they are extremely well made and offer the most clearance, period. i have seen these in action and they offer so much more clearance at the rockers that more times than not, they never get hit. regarding the dimple die holes, what i can tell you is that unlike some companies that don't have a clue what they are supposed to be used for, the PJ's do have them pointing up as they should be for traction and they do work well.

their bumpers look nice and from what i hear, their welds and finishing work which used to look horrific have gotten better but unfortunately, they still focus too much on looks over function. regarding their rocker guards with the dimple die step plates, they have their dimple die holes pointing down and are completely useless for anything other than looks.

Here is a great set of pics with various angles of the PJs on a 2 dr. These really show you the clearance and wrapped protection you get from them.
These are probably what I'm going with on my 4 dr as well.

Of your choices I'd say the Pure Jeep. If you have not looked at shrockwors, you might want to consider them. I really like mine, very strong and look great too.

being that PJ is everyones answer I mma have to go with them. I'll have to get over the fact of the lil traction holes. Who knows after wards I just may cut the center piece out and do some custom step centers when I get my shop up. With me being over here until Sep 2010 I am in no worries of having to step on it alll the time. thanks for all the input and hope to see some of you out wheel ing sometime.

Have you checked out the LoD rails, or ShrockWorks rails? Both Frame mounted, both strong as nails.....
