Despite the mounting issues I ve had, my River Raider's are still strong enough to high lift from. I would also assume the PJ are strong enough too and I know the shrocks are. Im not sure about the others though

well I went with the Shrockworks did a little research on all of them but I didn't like the fact of drilling into my body for sliders yeah I know you have to drill in it for the OR Fab Tire carrier but still within that area to me I think like I said "TO ME" I think it compromises the strength of the area where you drill. for the sliders. then theres the rust issue and I can go on and on but I'll stop.any who with the sliders I went with the Rockhard under skins for the engine tranny, transfer gas and evap. and all but the sliders came from None Other then DAVE . for mopre info click the large print at the bottom of my Signature.

I went with the LoD sliders. I like the frame mount and how they stick out a bit. The built in step is going to be nice too.

Holy crap! I ordered the PJ sliders because WOL recommended them and the write up looked at about my level of skill (easy) I just received my sliders today and the installation is completely different from the writeup!

There are 15 pages of instructions!! Lots of body drilling, removing of doors, interior trim panels, and inner fender liner!

Good greif, I think this may be beyond my meager skills (I just graduated to changing my differential fluid this weekend!)

Has anyone installed the non-prototype PJ's on a two door with limited technical skill? I am very afraid of screwing this up!

its not easy, but it can be done if you take your time. I've installed 3 sets, and they are not that hard really.

I'm wondering about the Smitty's as well. Anyone try them, or have thoughts on them?

I really like the Shrockworks, but I don't want the 8 week minimum wait.
