Snorkel
I'm not sure how you feel it will keep water out of your horn....

Hey, thanks for the compliment, didn't see your reply until just now. I will be posting a new updated longer video soon. It has more video clips and more pictures. Hitting up some trails on Nov 8th, so gonna wait to see if I get any good stuff from there before I upload the new version. But right now it's about 2 minutes longer.
Can anyone please answer: Will VERY HEAVY rain get water in your intake? With the shape of the RR I just dont see how driving down I-95 @ 70mph in a Florida thunderstorm wouldnt put water right down that big open air-ram.
Army,
I had the same worry as you. But trust me it is a non-issue. I have been through everything from torrential downpours to sideways rain at every speed from stand still to highway speeds and never had an issue. Not even one slightest issue. The snorkel does just fine in all weather conditions! I've been between South Carolina and Upstate New York all along the east coast with it and encountered alot of bad weather since I installed my snorkel about 9 or 10 months ago.
I have opened my intake just to check after standstills and after driving highway speeds in these different rains and my filter has always been dry as a bone. No worries!!
I have also GAINED power and gas mileage with the River Raider snorkel installed.
PS: On a sidenote, Youtube undid their "block" and the new version of my video is posted, 2+ minutes longer.

I like the ARB safari...anyone have an idea when it will come out in the U.S. Also, I have the AirRaid intake from a previous owner. I DO NOT have the stock airbox, how hard would it be to make it work? Everyone keeps simply saying "it's made for the stock airbox" but has anyone done the snorkel with the AirRaid? If you were in my position what would you do? Could I just get a factory box and put it around the intake? What are my options here without having to go to the stealership and buy a stock box?
