Ron Rapp at Superchips says you need the model 3870 for 2012 - 2014:

Excerpt:
"If It is a 3875, it would not work on the 2011 and up Jeeps.
You would need a 3870.

Although I think he meant "2012 and up Jeeps" maybe you should contact him.
According to Ron, if you contact one of the Superchips techs they can give you an "upgrade" price.

It must think that the stock tune is on the car because it just keep keeps asking me which superchips tune I want to do. Even if I try to load one of their tunes it inevitably fails and gives me an error again.
It claims to be saving the stock file before downloading the performance tune yet I don't know what the hell is downloading considering the car won't start and is not talking to the PCM.
I used the other features of the tuner without issue.

Nonetheless- it does suck that this is an issue.

I got into limp mode and I'm driving home.
Something just came to mind. I had the stereo installed this weekend with PAC harness. This could not in anyway screw up the PCM if installed incorrectly could it?
The car drove fine right after stereo install with no check engine lights. It was a few hours later when I went to install the tune that everything went array.

The stereo won't cause any issues, but it does store a code that the radio is missing even if you use the proper harness.
The only way was if there's a fluke in their software that correlates a 'stereo missing' code to a no run condition. Highly unlikely but possible if their software is flawed.
