damn gentlemen, this stuff is crazy. bricked jeeps?! I didn't even know that messing with the pcm and such voided your warranty. Glad all y'all got the problems sorted out though. Has this stuff happened before with older models??

I bought one in the middle of the time those were having the problems. Thought about sending it back, then decided to go for it. Glad I did. A vast improvement with larger tire snd lift. Think they got the issue worked out.

Really sorry for all the trouble that you folks went through with this product. I have used Super Chips before on other brands with no problems; however, after reading this I will be looking at someone else for my '13 JK needs. The silver lining in this though, is that from the troubles of a few, many will be spared. And gentlemen for that I am grateful. THANK YOU just does not feel like enough.

I'm curious to the answer to that question as well. Also, this thread started talking about a 3875 model but the Superchips website indicates the current models are FlashCal 3570 and FlashPaq 3872. We're getting ready to do a re-gear and bigger tires on our '14 Rubicon and was planning on getting the FlashCal 3570.
