Sorry...dont like posting for non-sponsoring vendors.
Just go through the vendors that superchips lists on their site.

Thumbs up Tests with an automatic!!!

ok..here are my findings from my new Superchips flashpaq.

first...my vehicle:
08 JK
3.73 gears
automatic transmission
325/60/r20 KM2s
Forced Cold Air Snorkel
No front air dam
For this first test, I had the hardtop on.

after programming in my tire size, I chose the 93 octane settings.
I wasnt expecting a massive change in power, but was pleasantly surprised.
Nothing raceworthy (duh.....JK), but a definite change in the responsiveness of the throttle. I can feel a much more instant pull when I work the skinny.

After driving all morning, city and highway (includeing my timed "gunning it" runs), I am getting 17.8 mpg.

Other findings are:
0-60=9.14sec.
1/4 mile= 18.03 sec.

My speedometer is accurate now, and the MPG computer is closer to the real thing.

Im sure I could do better without the added weight of the hardtop, and I know that 20" wheels add a lot of weight.

I think that this is just what I needed to bring everything together. I am looking forward to reprogramming with my high flow exhaust and 5.13s. I am fairly positive I will be pleased with this combination and the results.

AlmightyCrash,
That was the information I was looking for. Improved MPG, better feel while driving. I think this is going to be an improvement in the driving performance that I have been looking for.

Performance wise I would give it a . The feature set not being there in full out of the gate is a little disheartening, but I was sure there would be some road bumps. Most of all I'm happy with how it took to my other upgrades that were causing issues with the Hypertech Max Energy.

Also, just completed my first tankful of 87 Octane and from recall it performed better than anything prior that I had ran with regular fuel. In fact it was notably different than my previous tuner and with what seemed to be a minimal drop off from running the 93 Octane setting. I'll need to get some better controlled tests, but even on 87 it has a noticeable performance increase.

Perhaps someone that has the Flashpaq and has ran it out of the gate on regular fuel can share their observations.

Sounds good there 'almighty'... i get better mileage with my hard top on than off... at highway speeds, I think it helps air flow a lot.

Now that you've run through your first full tankful - was there any mileage difference?

LOL...was just getting ready to post about that...filled up from empty this morning.

274.31 miles.
16.4 gallons
= 16.73mpg

mostly in town, but a few trips out to the church, which is 15 miles or so on the highway.

Thanks. How does that compare with your normal? That would be low for me. I usually get 17.9 - 18.9 in town...... of course at 6,000 - 12,000 feet.
