Here it is. All finished. Just need to recenter steering wheel again and diagnose this low speed wobble I am feeling. Everything feels torqued so not sure.

If you didn't use a torque wrench when you torqued everything down, I'd find one and go over everything that you touched, especially the trackbar!

IMO, the trackbar and control arms are likely to "feel" toqured before you actually hit the proper 125 ft lb torque setting!

I'm not sure if you've seen it, but here's a link to all of the JK's torque settings:

Very awesome looking JK Love the debadged look on black ones like yours!

Just bad wording by me. I did use a torque wrench. Click style initially and beam style to check accuracy. Still wobbly feeling though.

Looking good! Nice work!! If you got the adj lower control arms then I would spend some $ and get your front aligned and proper caster. Then if the wobble is still there then look at your tires for balancing issues?

I would wait. I had a friends garage and lift and it took us about 3 hours, but I was checking everything twice. Kit installs easily, but to do it in a rush might comprimise your quality at install.

Drive it for a little bit then re torque and see if that helps. Looks good Are they the same tires before the lift? Double check the sway bar links too.

Drove it for about 75 miles today. Fixed the wobble. One bolt either came loose or I overlooked it on the rear track bar relo bracket.

I am still having what I can only describe as an occasional clunk sound when going over small bumps. It is not my driveshaft. It appears to be coming from the driver side front tire area. Nothing seems to be rubbing. I rechecked the shocks, swaybars, and front trackbar. So puzzled there. But it seems to be driving good and no ESP lights.

Clunk might be the shock bolt at the top... did you get the front springs spun into the grove? Just giving ideas...

Check your shock to see if it's tight and check your upper rubber bushings on the shock absorber. Also, another thing is to check your swaybar links to see if they are tight. Hopefully it's an easy fix!

It seems that it might be gone. I checked the torque on my sway bar links, made sure the shocks were tight, checked and centered my axle (which required loosening and tightening the trackbar). I also centered my steering wheel at the very end. One of those things must have been it (so it seems so far) but I guess I will never know! As long as it is gone I could care less.
