They got back to me twice already, both times saying the dealers receipts were not acceptable. Whatevs. I knew where this was going all along.

I wish there was some one here to help you.... oh wait. I know a guy.
First off what did the e-mail say?
Second, the most common mistake is using a PO Box instead of a physical address.
Another common mistake is to not fill out the part number correctly near the bottom.
Lastly PM me and I can help you out.

The friggin box is sitting right there close to my feet, do they need me to take a photo holding the box and parts up? What more do you need?

Apparently after a little research they have done this numerous times to other customers. If they decide to do a fast one on me I'll just return the products completely. I have no problem doing that. Check out the scam reports.

It took about three weeks for them to send me my rebate, but I was able to check the status on their website.

companies will always make getting rebates a hassle, they want you to buy their stuff, they want a rebate offer to entice you, they dont actually want to give you the rebate if at all possible. its just like selling gift cards, the places selling them know a certain % of them will never come back in before they expire, they hope its as close to 100% as possible that never come back in before they expire.....

It's the small light bulb that backlights the now-discontinued in-cab adjuster for the Rancho shocks.
