Thumbs up

Height isn't the issue, it's weight. Going from 35's to 37's the weight goes up a decent amount and will stress the D30 a lot more.

If you get D44 Front and/or Rear you would want to make sure you put 5.13 gearing too. I am getting a Rubicon and am going with a 6" LA with 37's and have learned that if I want a good runner and keeping the D44 axles I really should regear to 5.13.

So with D30 axles and wanting to run 35's I would think you should be OK at best.
If you have the pockets and are able to find them I would seriously think about trying to find a wrecked Rubicon and take those axles then regear to 5.13 and slap on the 37's you seem to really be wanting.

Wayyyyyyyyyyy down the road if you are still stuck with old setup I would part with my Rubi axles when I justify to the boss (wife) to let me get the ProRock 60's with 5.38's. Those are bolt in ready and then I will be jumping to 40's.

Sigh!!!! All a moot point until I order the Rubicon though.

Which one do you recommend? I also cannot decide on a size. I have 33" on their now and they look tiny. I was leaning towards something like a 36" by 13.50. Would this allow me to still flex and will my jeep be able to pull those tires? I have the 3.8 liter inline six, automatic.

I also travel back home from college ever so often. I just don't want them to wear too fast! This Is my daily driver!

I plan on getting the bushwacker flat style fenders. How much more clearance will this give me?
My word of advise is to consider ALL of the costs FIRST (ie: tires, tire change cost, aftermarket wheels, wheel spacers - if needed, fenders, Flashpaq or similar to correct speedo, regearing parts & labour, etc...). It adds up pretty fast. I've got well over $5K into my ride so far & I still need to regear it. How much do you really want to spend?

Best point made of all right there! Heck once I get my Rubi I am already looking at $15,000.00 in addons before I even get it home. Budget is key here.
Like he said think about Tires, Rims, Rubbing issues and what costs come with fixing it, don't forget to think long term too. What you want to do in the future.
