My rough country lift sagged pretty hard in the rear after about a year of moderate offroad use...I made one call to the crew at rough country and new coils are on the way. Cant beat their customer service!!! Supposedly a new design, hoping my jeep wont look like a dog dragging its butt any more!

So are the progressive rate springs not the best way to go. I am looking at the RC 3.25" lift. I believe they are 2.5" progressive rate springs with .75" spacers. Would this be the new set of springs everyone is talking about...

I just called Rough Country, and was told that the 2.5" lift is a progressive coil, and that the top 2-3 coils are supposed to be touching. Is that this truth, or am I being fed a line of bull???

Well I got my "new improved" springs came in today in a box just with brown paper stuffed in it. All 4 springs are 19 3/4" and 5" diameter. Spoke to 2 guys on RC live chat and one ended chat 3 mins after question and other told me to put longer spring in front. Said it is same height. He said put larger wire in front, I said they look same and with tape are .5". 2 had a small part number on back and 2 didnt, he didnt know what it was but would have to get with R&D to get info and wouldnt be til monday. So much for putting them in this weekend.
All in all, depending on who you speak to you have good customer service or horrible.
Does anyone have the new springs know the spring length or any info that might help get them in this weekend.

1/2 Tank of gas, ~13,000 miles on lift.
Sag with front bumper is 1/2", same sag as when it was installed in December.
Ft - 38 1/2
Rr - 29 1/4
Pass Side
Ft - 38 1/4
Rr - 28 7/8
6 months with the lift and the only sag is from the bumper install and ~ 1/2" on the right side, which is common on the JK.

After reading rcjeeps posts about the new replacement springs for the 2.5" lift, I spoke with Ben at Rough Country and I have new springs coming. They should be here tomorrow. I will continue to take measurements with the new springs and post them along with my thoughts on the new linear springs.
