Have almost 2k on my set of 315/70R17 Guard Dogs and lonve them. Not a single complaint yet. Have had them aired down to about 10psi out on the dunes here in oregon. The place i took them to have them installed was really impressed with the quality of the tire and how they balanced out.

We've had ours on for about 7k miles with tons of wheeling trips on them. I might skip the kedge guard next time just due to the tires seeming to wear faster then they should when off roading.

Default 315/70/17

I have had mine for about a month (Guard Dog MT's). I have put about 500 miles on them. I have one that was/is difficult to balance. Anything over 65 and I get a nice little vibration. But honestly, I can't see paying $300 per tire ever again. They are everything and more than I expected from 315/70 for $159 per. That's $770 shipped to my door in San Antonio, TX!!!

Great customer service too. I sent them an e-mail thanking them for their quick delivery. They appreciated it and sent me a Treadwright Coffee Mug... Thanks Treadwright!!

I went to midas. I have 16x8 wheels as well, soft 8s should work.

They balanced pretty well, they always overfill tires. Don't know why.

Just got em on three days now

Personally, IMO, just reading a couple posts on this thread, 2 of you have had vibration issues with these tires and this is a very small sampling of people. I bought 33x12.50R15 Duratracs at Discount tire for $179 a piece. The Treadwrights sell for about $120-150 depending on size. Add $30 of shipping per tire you are within $20-30 from brand new tire. I would pay that $100 per set just because I trust the new tire more. Plus the warranty sucks if you read through it. It only covers the retreading process, not the casing.

Im just waiting for summer to trash em on the rocks, that sounds so ridiculous

The beauty of it is if they even roll for 30k tops ill be plenty happy with that. I couldn't care less how the ride on the street is winter is on the way and kiss the roads goodbye.

Warranty is a little unattractive, definitely second that aspect. Not covering tires that have been aired down, and also stating the 305 models and up are for off road use only. I got pretty lucky and mine were made with good year mtr/k cases.

Another 300 bucks and i would probably have some trail grapplers, that does make me a little sad.
