Has anyone figured out a fix to the door channel issue for the side windows? Just put the top on my 2013 JK and same issue. Watched the videos and all. Also...has anyone had leaking due to the issue. Will this cause them to warp and stay that way as well if left on? Geoff from Bestop any answers!?

I actually got two new side windows when I brought it up to bestop. They really didn't fit any different but they haven't leaked at all. Just weird how they don't fit in the channel like the factory windows would. Can't say enough good things, though, about bestops warranty.

Sent from my thingy.

I use foam weather-stripping in addition to the panels that have the rubber piece sewn in (the first ones didn't and I had them replaced). The rubber piece and my foam piece push against each other.

Installed mine today about 70-75 out sunny. First time I had the same problem plus I couldn't get the thing to latch at all. Went in had lunch, came back out and re installed the windows and rear, paying close attention to that issue. Seemed the sun and letting it sit stretched helped. Eventually it did stay seated in. I know its not much help but the patience and sun was the key for me. The first latch however was a sob, I eventually got it but my hand are hating life.

I like living in Wisconsin but trying to put this top on new in 28 degree weather really sucks... I had the same problem.. and to get my 85 degree day I blasted the heaters and it still was difficult but eventually I got it...

I still have mine in the box...it's only been 70 here in Fort Wayne, Indiana once...I learned my lesson on my old TJ. Not going to try and kill myself putting it on my JK when it's cold.

Did mine in my garage and couldn't get header bar to latch so I undid cable on top then latched it. Left it for 20-30 minutes came back opened top then attached cable. Latched header bar, it was tight but got it. Left in garage overnight then parked in sun next morning (only 60's here) came back 2 hours later and everthing worked so smooth. Fought windows a little but now its good
