Zombie apocalypse happens and I'm grabbing a bat, a samurai sword and a gun that takes common ammo. Heck, a .22 could take out a zombie brain. Sure, the AR15 is more fun but I'm goin for survival and less for style. Regear and get your leak fixed so you can head for the hills in a mean off roading machine. Bam!

AR.

You can live with 4.10s and 285s. I wouldn't consider gears unless you were going with 35s or 37s.

I would suggest gears if you go up to 35s. And I'm serious about this.... PM me and I will buy your 4.10s!

Today my JK is being re-geared. 3.73 to 4.88's A much needed mod. As for the gun. my weapon is Large enough to scare of a simple Zomby or Two.

Well folks, the decision may have been made for me...neither one. Was just under the jeep looking at my pinion seal leak and got to looking at my front drive shaft and noticed there was a shit ton of grease flung around by the transfer case. The rubber boot on the front drive shaft at the transfer case is totally shredded. So...I guess it might mean getting a new drive shaft and just getting the pinion seal fixed.
