Kinda hard to tell from the pictures, but it almost looks as if your front main pulley seal is leaking and dripping down on to your oil pan. Can you get more pics from around the pulley?

yes i can. what is the pulley so i can take pics around it??

I agree with the first responder. The pulley is the round thing at the bottom of the motor in front of your pan. Looks shiny like antifreeze as well so could be water pump. If that's the case you will see the shiny above that pulley.

its brown, like the color of oil.

Looks like it might be a warranty issue, I'de take it to the Stealership, and get them to look at it. Probably fix under warranty. Good Luck

Possibly the front seal. Double check the filter....
