You have a 6 speed. Unless I missed something, you don't have transmission lines going to the Radiator. That would be for an automatic transmission.

Just because you lifted it doesn't mean it has no warranty. The only thing definitely not under warranty are the suspension parts you removed/replaced. Take it to the dealership and see what they say. If they start to talk about it not being under warranty because of the lift, be polite, ask for an estimate (should be free), tell them you will think about it, and go to another dealership.

Diagnosis and Repair estimate should be free. Ask them to take a look at it. A mechanic will spend about 5 minutes looking your Jeep over. The mechanic or service writer will then provide you with an estimate for the repair. The estimate will say something like

Upper Flux Capacitor leaking. Parts $100. Labor $100.

and they will send you on your way. And now we know, or strongly suspect, your Upper Flux Capacitor housing and gasket are leaking.
