Default Wheels Spacers?

Is there any reason to buy name brand wheel spacers vs. some spacers off ebay? Its about $200 bucks for a set of 4 vs. $125 for a set from ebay. Ebay ones look pretty legit but I dont want any junk either. Dont want my jeep to fall apart. Thanks

Rough Country makes good spacers. 59 per axle.

X2 on the studs. That's the important part.

So you think I will be ok with the Rough Country ones? Dont see a reason to spend almost twice as much on spidertrax...

Seriously? They're gonna be the only thing holding your wheels on. You want to save 75$, when buying (IMO) the most important piece of your JK?

I paid 22000$ for my used sahara. If I have a spacer malfunction, the Jeep will have serious damage. I drive my wife, dog, and 3 month old son around alot in my jeep. They are irreplaceable, and worth so much more then 75$.

Cheap out on exhaust systems, cai's, off road lighting. Nothing there can kill you if it malfunctions. If you want to run spacers, buy the best available.

Yes
Same design - hub-centric
Same grade hardware- studs
Same spacer material- different color.

Ummm... No.

Spacer material is weaker. We had a member here buy a set of each and do a bunch of tests. He graded the aluminum and everything.

Search RC spacers Vs spidertrax (or something similar).

Turns out that the rc spacers are weaker.

Well excuse the shit out of me for not owning a money tree... I was basically asking if they are made of the same material. If something is the same material, same studs and all, just a different color paint and name than why would I spend $75 extra bucks. I dont care how much you spent on your Jeep. that was not my question.
