You see, this is helpful information. Thank You. I was asking questions.... I dont really care about spending the extra $75 bucks, but if I didnt have to I wouldnt. If I have some "EDUCATED" posts then things would help. Not "buy the most expensive ones"... WTF??

I remember the last time we had this thread going around and I had one question that nobody responded to.

Are there any documented catastrophic failures with the Rough Country spacers?? You know there are thousands of them out there by now including mine that have 20.000+ miles on them.

I had read this before buying the RC.
And I felt Both spacers were stronger than any of the factory components. I.e my wheel will fail first.
There were quite a few questions regarding the study as well.

I dont care how much you spent on your Jeep. hat was not my question.
Lol! Easy hot rod, point is that you spent way more then 75$ on your jeep. Save anywhere you can, but this is not the place IMO. In. My. Opinion.

I would rather have budget Lasik's then budget open heart surgery.....

Same scenario.

don't want to get in the middle here but I would go with the spidertrax. I've never hear anything wrong with them. Others seem questionable. And yeah, this is the most important aftermarket piece on your jeep.

I had the front drivers side wheel fly off my TJ while going about 80km/hr...it's not fun - spend the extra on such a vital potential 'achilles heel' of your rig

Wow, this thread took a turn! I got my spider trax off a forum member for about $100 bucks. Look in the for sale section or place a wanted add I'm sure there are a few sets kicking around peoples garages. If you get them second hand you can get the better quality and still save.

Now, you too behave yourselves or I'll turn this car around!!!!

Good luck with the spacers. Ps my 1.5 spider trax spacers make my stock 17s flush with my fenders if that helps...

FYI TeraFlex wheel spacers are made from billet steel.
