If you use the fog light sw you will only be able to turn the new ones on while you are running low beams... Also if the bulbs in your KC's are higher wattage than the stock fogs which I think are only around 42w you will need to install a relay to handle the load. I put 9005 65w yellowstars in my fogs and the internal breaker kept tripping off as soon as I turned the fogs on untill I hooked them up through a relay.

I know nothing about wiring. I have read the threads about the fog lamps and relays. I have discussed it with my brother who will be doing the final install. None of that seems to worry him. (we'll see when the time comes) He is a bit of a wiz with this crap. If in fact he can use the fog lamp switch and if in fact he can solve the fog lamp riddle. I will be sure to post the how's, what's, when's and where's. It won't be for a month or so til I get my new PJ bumpers.

Have you done anything with the headlamp bulbs? I was looking at some 130w highs.

I was just offering a heads up on the fogs. Install a few relays and you can make your lights do about what ever you want. I installed the Cibie-E code lamps in place of my stock lamps and am running the 85/80 Osram bulbs in those.. Its unreal the difference btw those and the stock lamps. I dont think those imports with the hid set ups have anything over Cibies with the 85/80w bulbs, at least for the $ difference. There are a few threads about the Cibies on here. https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/jk-write-ups-39/cibie-euro-code-headlamp-install-1995/

Thank you. I liked the mopar brackets over some some of the other options. They bring the lights down and out. away from the windshield. I am considering 8" lamps vs the 6".

Got any pics of your spotlights?

wow. those look great. i had winshield brackets on my TJ with the KC spots, but it brought them in a bit on the windscreen. bothered me some.
for wiring, try folding your windshield down and running the wire through that channel. looks clean, and it's really easy.

Is there anyway you can take some measurements of the brackets for me. Those do not look that hard to make.
