I would like to see this done....but I won't do it. Hell, my Jeep is in the shop getting the rear locker to do what it is suppose to do. Mad respect to the first who does.

why even think of swing style wipers?
use one blade on a track that slides across the inside of the windshield.
use a spring steel frame to keep the wiper blade in contact with the windshield as it changes shape. track on the top, track on the bottom.
like a big friggin squeegee. power it some how...
unusual problem. wonder if you could sell them?

or you could put the top back on. na, where is the fun in that!

I truly see the need for this myself. I haven't had the personal pleasant experience of what the other posters have, BUT when I did long distance EMS transports the interior of the ambulance would fog tremendously. I eventually picked up a window scrubber and squeegee (?) as you find at service stations....worked like a champ when ever I needed to be able to see out the windshield. It certainly did not generate the same amount of liquid being moved as would rain,,,,but I am throwing it out there.....

How about a heavy dose of RainX and a supercharged defroster motor. Same principle as the Dyson hand dryer.

I use one of those for my soft top windows, they are great early in the morning to get the dew/frost off of them.
