Nice, I think tolland is the only place left in the state I haven't been for work.

Hey all - newbie to JKs here. Last Jeep was a TJ I sold back in 2007. I just picked up some new wheels and 35s for my 2010 Sahara and I'm looking for a shop in CT or southern Mass to re-gear me.

Called Clayton and they're booked until like June. They recommended I check with EVB and that call hasn't been returned yet. Any other suggestions would be hugely appreciated. I'm in Milford but I don't mind a day trip to get it done.

Thanks!

Joe

Milford Jeep did mine. .. see your own back yard. I did 5:13's and the guy you want to ask for is Ben. Don't remember the pricing but had a seal go and warrantee took care of it. Got the Gears from 4WD ring and pinion kts and two sets of MASTER kits. Done in a day. Mention the "Blue rubi" and they will know. VERY mod friendly.

Awesome - thanks guys. I would never think of going to a dealer for after market work. I'll definitely have to check that out.

Just reference my jeep. Mine being a Rubi with both D-44 axles have lockers. Yours being a 44/30 combo will be less money. Yours an auto or manual trans? 4:88 is the safe zone for a 44/30 combo

Call Pete at Ct. Axle or his cousin Brent at Valley Truck and Off road, they are in Ellington and do great work. I think they charge $425.00 per axle plus gears, which isn't to bad.

I don't think valley does the gearing. Sends it off to CT axle.
I had a friend have gears done at CT and the cost was outrageous :(
