TSF, is off hwy 6 milepost 33... at the top of the coast range pass. Browns Camp..

Don't think I can make it this weekend, but next time....a beach run from Astoria to Gearhart would be awesome. We could finish up at McMenamins in Gearhart for beers.

Is that whole stretch of beach vehicle friendly? How many miles is it?

I won't be able to make it this weekend either...too many midterms. Should be able to ~Feb 18th.

Oh ok I've been up to the rock pit up there a few times to sight in rifles. I would be in for going up in that area for sure.

I can add another JK to your next adventure.Just moved here from Socal and tried running the Barlow trail a few weeks ago but the road was blocked by a mountain of fresh snow.I wanted to pass but didnt want to piss off all of the Snow Shoe hikers that were there...Anyone here planing on driving down to watch the King Of The Hammers race in two weeks?
