As stated the 50qt should be perfect.

If you're interested in a less expensive fridge, I have an Edgstar FP430 (43QT) that runs about $400 new on Amazon. I took it camping a few times and it holds a lot. It held all the food (perishable and non perishable) for a 3 day trip, plus two leftover containers from Olive Garden with room to spare. I can do a week's worth of grocery shopping for 2 people and fit everything in there with no problem.

That's the one I have. Can't really beat the price. $100 or $800+ not a hard choice for me.

I checked the spec's and it says cooling 40° below the ambient temperature so if's 100° then 60° as cold as it gets... surely this can't be true?

I haven't had any problems with it. It stays cold enough to keep the baby's milk from spoiling. That's good enough for me.

I just wanted to say thank for all the input you guys have given me and may continue to receive. I am planning on making my decision this weekend when I can surf the web. I tried to look at the Wal-Mart link and I was blocked…security department must think it is a rick to national security.

I went with the 63QT, and I love it. It's a lower profile than the 50, and it fits side to side, or front to back in a 4dr, an the same in my jeep, provided I take out the back seat. Being able to put as much as I can into the cooler ultimately saves far, far more room than it gives up(plus everything inside it is safe.. No loose tools or slamming around to destroy loose )

I will, I want the biggest one for the inside room and the smallest one for the outside size. I think I will flip a coin.

It will take less time to ship it that the time I take to decide what size to get.

Man my wife keeps asking me the same thing. I think I am going to get a tape measure out tomorrow. I need to make a deadline for myself.
