Haha. You have a gen set laying around?

They pop into the pumpkin then? All I see on searches are replacements seals, not a DIY removal.

This seal is the axle seal.... using a slide hammer and a 3 jaw puller(and the other pic for and example) Remove it. Honestly the 3 jaw is a pain in the ass. I use the 3rd pic to do so. If you're already tracking all this I'll just feel stupid but I was just checking.

Look where I edited my post. Use the long side axle shaft to push out the short side. especially if you have stock one laying around. And then use a slide hammer to grip it from the short side to pull the long side seal into the pumpkin....... fock these new D44s are gay compared to the old ones lol I didnt see your pics on my phone for some reason, but switched to my laptop and could.

autozone or advance auto could probably loan you the slide hammer and wheel bearing puller (like the 3 in that case I posted a pic of)..... honestly youll have a toretz' moment with a 3 jaw puller trying to get that seal out...

Got it. Used the axle shafts to pop them out. Guess it pays to man up.
