installed some home made brake line drop brackets and took my doors off for the first time..any rain expected tomorrow? going to work topless.
i can't beleive the deal i got on those tires..was quoted $1200 the first time...I called back and told them where i work and got quoted $780....i told them to order them, then i told a guy at work i bought some bigger tires and he asked me how much for mine...I sold them for $300.
so for $480 bucks i get sick ass 35's....what a great day

Will have to check out your tires man. I think I've settled on 37s. Got a job offer yesterday. Looks like ill be headed to kuwait in may. Will tell you about it sunday

XRC8 Winch
Found this in another thread here on the forum, and since I've heard some Huntsville area folks mention this winch recently, thought I'd pass on his observations.
I have an XRC8 and yes it works, but I am on my 2nd one and about to have to return it for a third. (My wife bought a lifetime warranty for the winch so if it breaks I can take it back to 4WP and get another one, but I have to pay $35 to add the warranty to the replacement winch.) I am seriously considering selling the next one to a buddy and getting something different.
The problem I am having with them is minor but annoying. The lever on the winch that allows it to free spool out keeps getting jammed so I have to power the winch out and back in.
I am proof that you get what you pay for.
