Yates, thanks again for the clarification, however I'm still confused (not unusual). This pdf link ( http://www.trailmastersuspension.com...20J4615SSV.pdf ) indicates, both textually and pictorially, a differing parts list than what's shown on the site link (see list below) ---> http://www.trailmastersuspension.com...ewreleases.htm
2007 - 08 Jeep Wrangler JK and Rubicon 2 Door Model 5" Suspension System With SSV Shocks and Drive Lines - Part # J4615SSV

* Engineered by Jeep enthusiasts with sportsmen and rock crawlers in mind.
* Trail Master coils and SSV shocks for a great ride on and off-road.
* 1.75 inch DOM material with ¼” thick walls on lower arms, adjustable arms and track bars, forged chromoly flex joint housings which are rebuildable.
* Replacement front track bar with heim joint ends for proper geometry and bind free movement.
* DOT approved braided steel, Kevlar lined brake lines for front and rear included.
* Includes double cardan drive lines for added durability and reliable off-road performance.
* An affordable package for the off-road enthusiast.
* Fits 2 door JK and Rubicon models.
* Easily accommodates 35” tall tires.
* Kit includes detailed instructions and mounting hardware
* Easy to install: approximately 4 to 6 hours installation time.
Please, what is the definitive parts listing contained within the Part # J4615SSV revision 3 kit?

So instead of both the front and rear trackbars, the 2DR kit now only comes with the front track bar, and a bracket for the rear axle (to be used with the stock rear track bar)? I had interference issues with my aftermarket differential cover when utilizing the stock track bar.

Ill only comment from my experience with KC windshield lights/brackets. Absolutely loved them, easy install, cost effective, and great visibility.
I have both the windshield and bumper lights.

Windshield bracket:

Windshield lights (KC HiLItes SlimLite 130W Super White Long Range)

Bumper lights (KC HiLites SlimLite 100W Super White Fog)

I spliced the bumper lights straight into the factory wiring from the original fog lights so Im using the original switch (turn signal handle) to turn them on/off.

The windshield lights were tied in under the dash with a new rocker panel installed on the dash.

The info on our website is being updated... as it is not current, which is the source of confusion. The link to the NPRs will be updated shortly. If you want us to email you the NPR, PM me with an email address and we'll send it to you.

We have accounted for the fact that most people wanting these kits will also want diff covers. Depending on the trail master vehicle, we will either have Solid brand or ARB on our diffs.

Quadratec did update their website.

Answer: Looks like stock track bar will have plenty of clearance given how high it's lifted by the new TB axle bracket, which looks rather beefy (looks like you would replace the Skyjacker rear trackbar support brace you're currently running Wilky - unless the TB axle bracket only comes with the 2DR kit ).

Interesting configuration for the rear sway bar links - possibly to allow for a little more droop. Different, that's for sure.

Brake lines look like replicas of my Crown Steel braid, Kevlar, teflon ones.

Default More Info re Trail Master

Found this in an older thread - interesting data. Wonder if that Serveapurpose guy would be willing to come visit us over the holidays to show off his rig (his Project JK album has a bunch of micro-thumb photos that are worthless in terms of seeing detail - could be my browser though).

Still trying to understand exactly what's in the 2DR kit, although I think I'm getting close.

I hate to admit it, but bigbluejk is correct about the quality issues. trail master was owned by Lund, and then Smitty Built and truthfully profits were probably more important than product. We bought trail master in 2005 and invested more than $3 million to rework many of the late model kits. (Performance Automotive Group consists of: OR-Fab, trail master, and Performance Accessories). The money we invested in reworking the kits was well spent, most people that own trail master kits love them.

We make all the kits in Chino Valley Arizona. Our shop is very modern, and we've done everything we could to be as vertically integrated as possible. About the only thing we don't make ourselves are bolts and nuts. Hence the price competitiveness.

If you were at the Mega-Meet this past weekend you might have seen a couple of our JKs. The "OR-Fab" JK has the 5" kit, and I think most would tell you that it performed very well.

Aussieguy, I see you live in LA. Serveapurpose lives in Irvine, and he has a two door JK with the 5" flex joint kit. If you're interested PM him and he'll probably take time to meet with you.

I think the configuration looks odd b/c the rear is jacked up off the floor, you can see how the coilspring is compressed.
It also looks like the SSV shocks acted as a skidplate at one time or another
Re: the trackbar bracket...interesting option. My Skyjacker bolts over the existing weak-a$$ OEM mounting location and extends to the passenger-side, utilizing three of the diff cover bolts as a support/structural anchor. This one opts to go the opposite direction.

Default Trailmaster Sway Bar Link Re-location

I meant interesting due to the relocation of the rear sway bar link above the axle next to the rear upper control arm. Stock location is typically close to lower shock bracket, below axle (see below pic).

I think that's what it stands for. We have a PR agency (DS Media) that always refers to press releases as NPRs, so I guess I've kinda followed suit.
