Huntsville Alabama / Tennessee Valley Chat
Those disconnects come in handy as much as I've been pulling my springs out lately. Besides, when I bought them, they weren't much more than adjustable links which I was going to get anyway. And actually, I've never been in a situation where disconnecting would have made a big difference anyway.
Anyone in the Huntsville area need a cover. I have a Bestop Trail Cover and a Mopar full cover. I bought when I lived in Atlanta and don't use now. The Bestop has been used about 6 times and the Mopar once.
Had a really great time today guys even though we got a little more than we bargained for in the way of trail difficulty (and consequently, additional time commitment). I'll post up pics later, but we got some great shots in before we ran out of light.
I'm going to have fond memories of this ride once my mind blocks out all the crazy stuff we got into.
Update: Added pic, and quickly perused others. Have some great shots, but lost a lot of nice ones due to blur.
Here's a group shot of the JKs where we stopped to let my Staun Deflators work their magic.

Brandon,
As discussed on the trail today, here the link to the thread where I saw a Jeep very similar to, but slightly different from, your old YJ ---> https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/south-49/n-ga-forestry-road-ride-dec-27th-sunday-112733/
One of the guys posted a link to some Photobucket shots - that's where I found this:

and for the sake of comparison:

I think a good time was had by all.

We had 7-8 JKs out there so at times they seemed like they were running around everywhere. There were a few TJs and a Cherokee that joined us some, but other than them and one lone buggy looking TJ, we had the park to ourselves.

Climbing a hillside.

Just posing.

Playing in the obstacle course.

Sorry for the ignorance but I'm from HSV (currently living in San Diego--going to school) and wanted to know what trail this is and where it is located. I'll be back in HSV all summer and would love to wheel with some of the locals
