Hey David, any idea if Canadian customers will need to pay duties on their shipments?

No that is why you have the delay as we need to get them to our canadian warehouse first and then to you

You will want to adjust the new housings. If WOL's write up doesn't have a "how to" on adjustment (I'm pretty sure WOL has the steps), I know you can find a detailed description from Daniel Stern.

Mine arrived in IL today. Took Friday off for the install and a quick grill insert mod. Now to find a garage heater to battle the 10 degree forecast.

When we installed them last Saturday night, we first checked to see where the stock headlights were pointing to (across the driveway to the lawn). After installation we again checked and didn't need to adjust the new headlights at all.

I may still do a more "measured" check in the near future just to ensure I don't get flashed by others.

Depends upon which model year you have.

Supposedly if you have a 2009 or 2010 no modification is necessary.

If you have a 2007 or 2008, modification will be required.
In order for this to "click" together on my 2007, I had to modify both the outer ridges and the center piece to get the replacement connector to slide in until it clicked.

Check posting # 491 top of page 50 in this thread if you need to trim both places - I posted pictures in that post.

Default Adapter modificatio

I just installed the new headlights in my 2010 JK and found the best way to fix the pigtail problem. Take the pigtails that come with the kit and the end that plugs into the JK wiring harness you will see a right triangle piece that protudes up in the center of the fitting. As I read earlier simpily take a utility knife and trim about 1/32" off the back of the trinangle piece that is used to lock the plug into the JK harness. Depending on how you hold the fitting be careful not to cut yourself.
