Can you remove the tow hooks and mount it furthur back? how much are we looking at for the one configured on your jeep? Price change?
Nice bumper. Functional!
Minor suggestions:
1) The lights should be mounted back farther. In some situations, the lights may hit an obstacle before the bumper will. If mounted slightly behind the bumper, they will be better protected.
2) Are your protecting the e-disco motor underneath? I see something hanging there. If you can incorporate a protective plate underneath together with rotating the e-disco upwards, it will make the entire bumper much better. Something like the Expedition One rubi plate, but integrated to the bumper.
I agree with mounting the lights further back. That's one of two changes that will be made to the final design.
I do have plans for the swaybar disco motor. Will be similar to the exp. one rubiplate.
I am also going to offer removable fog light mounts, that will mount under the bumper.
Thanks for the ideas. My products are better as a result of you guys looking over my shoulder.
Hey JulietKilo, I'm working on it brutha. I just need to get a couple more ducks in a row.

Little slow on updates here, but I've got some good ones. The bumper design has been finalized and I hope to have them within three to four weeks.
I've widened the bumper by two inches and I think it's correct now. I've also added two additional light mount tabs on the outside edges of the bumper.
The change that I'm most stoked about is the fog light mounts. I've designed an accessory bracket that will allow the fogs to be mounted under the bumper. They are removable to maximize clearance when needed. My new trick here, is that I've designed a mounting location on the sides of the bumper, that will allow the fogs to be aimed to the sides and used as rock lights.
I'm working with KC Hilites to come up with some lighting bundles.
I'm going to be looking for some beta testers. I'll put that program together soon. If you're interested in testing the bumper, please send me an IM or an email brett@jeepswag.com .
I hope to have the prototype bumper powder coated by the end of the week. I'll post pics asap.

Got this checked and everything fits with plenty of room for the winch. A tall winch, like the Ramsey UT9500 would require spacers or the factory tow hooks to fit.
Still working on pricing and details for the beta program.

Add you to the list.
I have a recording. I dig it up and post it to Youtube for ya. In the mean time, here's what I know. I tested several mufflers, with flowmaster, magnaflow, borla among the group. The muffler that I am using is quieter and deeper than any of the others. The 14" muffler is still quieter than any of the others that I tested. The 14" muffler is just a hair louder and has the same tone as the 18".

Just found this thread and subscribed because all I hear is good things about Wood gear. It's time to pull the trigger. I was going to start with the evap relo, muffler relo, and storage tub enlargement kits. The storage tub enlargement kit doesn't seem to listed on the buy page of the jeepswag site. Am I missing something?
