For those of you that installed...How the powder coating? Was thinking about purchasing the bare metal and prime and painting myself.

I ordered mine already powder coated for ease of install. The finish is solid, time will tell how it holds up.

I got the bare metal and got a textures flat black powder coat. Only cost $35 to do it. Very easy install and looks great. The tramp stamp increases the cabin pressure when windows up and ac running but pulling some of the drain plugs in floor fixes the problem.

Your really don't need a hole saw. Its i just scored the paint with razor blade along the stencil so i could see where they wanted the cuts and used a cut off wheel to complete the lines. You will need a small hole saw or step bit for the bolts that are thru the brace area. Just male sure when you cut on cut thru the outer skin. I used plastidip on all the bare metal edges to prevent rusting. Easiest if you pull hood off for sure.

I wonder if I could order this without the holes for the bumpers. I don't plan on folding the windshield down......ever.
