Believe me that is very tempting. People would freak if they couldn't get a hold of us. In today's world the expectation is to get questions answered or issues resolved right now. No complaints with that, it just makes it hard to work on other things. It looks like we can devote some time today to JK console designs.

 

So can we expect something that will be a seriously enormous full replacement that runs up the center dash section as well??

I'm telling you, the main thing I worry about this summer is my MyGig unit. If you have a replacement that will actually cover that and lock down, I will buy it at nearly any price... and I think many others will also! =)

 

The center console will not run up the dash and cover the MyGig unit. That will have to be a separate part. We are looking into that as well though.

Not something we are working on right now, but will keep that idea around for a future product. Thanks for the suggestion.

I have to pack up a trailer today and head out to Pomona for the Spring Off Road Expo. As soon as I return from that trip, we should have some good drawings or maybe even a photo of a prototype to post for comments. We are considering taking names of interested people and having a drawing for a couple of "testers" once the console is done. Once we figure out the best way to handle that, I will post details.
