Suggestions for Tuffy full console
rant on:
come on guys, you're killing me! the thread is titled "Suggestions for Tuffy full console", not "Personal answers to your specific questions."
1) there's plenty of ways to properly get the info you need, i.e. search and read, oooor maybe start your own thread!
2)everytime i see a new post in here, i think there's gonna be the full console update that i'm so desperately waiting for. i'm constantly disappointed by these personal questions, some of which don't even apply to the full console, and some of them have already been answered.

Here is the latest update on the Tuffy full replacement JK console:
We installed the first console yesterday and it fit very well considering it was the first one we made and the JK is pretty complicated. We had to do a few minor "nip and tucks" to get everything the way we wanted. Next step is to make the changes on the master program and create another console. Right now the console is bare steel with no powdercoating or anything, so I am going to hold off on pictures until we have a finished version.
Bottom line is the console is really sweet and production is coming along smoothly (or as smooth as could be expected for a complicated piece like this).
Thanks
Jeff

So I finally went out and bought this. TKOB1060 is right. Definitely worth the money. Install was easy to do with one person (though I cheated when I had someone help me lift it into the back... not heavy, just big). I am impressed with this, thanks Tuffy!
Now looking at the possibility of either the glove box or center console, as this thread is dedicated to.
Guess it was sort of hijacked, but in an on-topic sort of way.
