Thanks for the link looks like they have a couple more times to try to fix the issue. So far the dealer has been pretty good about doing what they can to help me they have given me a retal each time its been in for service and seem to be wanting be help me and keep me happy. I love my Jeep so even if I go the lemon law route I will get another Jeep just will inspect it a little better before taking delivery of it. Have talked with the sales manager already about trying to get me in another Jeep but havent heard back from him yet on what he is willing to do. I just want one that I dont have to take in for service all the time I dont think that is asking too much hahah
Its a pretty loud tick coming from the driver side head. Talked with the service guy a few min ago he said they are still waiting to hear back from STAR to see what they want them to do. Not sure what will happen if they have to replace the head since from what I have read the heads are on backorder. He said I should hear something back from him tomorrow afternoon
Def not a pain at all. There are certain perameters that the vehicle has to fall under to qualify and the state will represent you at no cost. I lemon lawed a Vette a couple of years ago and the day before the court date, GM called with a settlement offer. They paid me my 10k deposit back AND every payment i made since I had the vehicle which was just under 2 yrs. They at first offered me a Z06, 80K car with no money out of pocket and no changes in my payments but I was pissed at Vette's and wanted my cash back.

Try to document as much of your experience as possible. If they have to wait on the head(s) and you accumulate 21 total days (not consecutive, just total) in service for the same issue you can start down the Lemon Law path. Hopefully it won't come to that and you will get a new replacement instead.
