Mine makes random weee wee wee sound which I am 99% sure is elec fan. Sound only comes when fan is on and doesn't always do it. Tech heard it. I scheduled appointment. Had two weeks of 107-110 temps and not a sound. I had offroaded it and go mud all over grille so washed real good and thougt maybe it was a pebble stuck and knocked loose that's why no sound anymore so cancelled appointment. Week later sound back. Now just gotta wait to get slow at work so I can get it back in to shop cause working 60hr weeks and a dont want them keeping jeep for 2 days

I hate dealerships!!! Took mine in to get looked at at 8am....at 530pm I had to call to find out what was going on!!!! Find out they hadn't even looked at my Jeep!!!!!!! Needless to say they got an earful and lost a customer, now I have to set up another appointment with another dealership sometime next week. FML

I hate dealers also. Had a TJ that the factory subwoofer quit working. Left it at the dealer all day for the tech to check it out. When I went to pick it up the service rep told me that all of the speakers were working fine. The subwoofer still did not work. When I pointed it out to them they did not even know that the TJ came with a stock subwoofer. I even had to point it out to them where it was. Hate dealers

I actually had a really nice experience at my dealership. Called them on a Tuesday, said I had what I thought was a failing water pump based on various videos where I experienced the same noise. Told them I would drop it off Friday night and the work could be done Saturday as I would be out of town all weekend. Picked it up Monday morning. They did all the work without question. Dude knew about the failing water pump issue and also there is a radiator coolant issue that they fixed as well. No questions asked, done.

You also have to look at this from the dealers and manufactures perspective. They can't just throw parts on it because the backyard mechanic thinks he knows what the problems is.

If it is the pump on a 2013 it will be covered under warranty. It will be corrected with no money out of your pocket. Be patient and work with the dealer, and in the end all will be corrected.

If you wanted a perfect vehicle with no issues, then go over pay for a Mercedes or Maybach or something else I can't afford or spell.
Woo man, chill. Was not in any way seriously upset with this....More of just annoyed. Also Mercedes have more problems than our Jeeps. Dropped off the Jeep Saturday after scheduling an appointment, and they replaced the water pump and the radiator coolant no problem. Picked it up Monday morning.

I had the same issue when I first got my JKU back in January. It was especially annoying when at trail speed. It was just chirping load as hell. I read on a couple of forums about it, so I took it in and the dealership verified and replaced it. No more squeaks.

I guess there is some sort of Radiator Coolant leak....There was guy on pg. 1 of this thread who told me to have them check it and they did...."Also check your radiator fluid before you leave the dealer lot. Mine was missing 1/4 of a gallon in the over fill bottle. Other then that, the jeep has been ok by me." Good thing too cause mine was low...Not sure if it is a leak or if its evaporating or what but they filled it up and said that the seal or whatever part they need to actually "FIX" it is on back order.
