I'll take it. Routed power inside A pillar plastic and coax inside rollback covers. Only thing you can see is my antenna and my radio.

I put mine here. Can't see in the picture but the mic hanger is up by the glove box. This is a 13.
I have mine in the same place but plan on moving it to the driver side under the transfer case shifter. It's on a 13 btw

I like mine on the passenger side. It's out of the way when wheeling but still easy to get too. I mounted the mic up by the glove box, perfect clearance. My wife doesn't even realize its there.

Thanks. The finished product turned out very clean and takes up less room than I thought it would.

It doesn't really take up that much space. My wife's hair brush, nuvi GPS windshield mount with cigarette lighter cord, and iPhone charger all fit in with the cb. If the hair brush didn't fit it would've been my ass.

Didn't realize the armrest came apart like that. New ideas forming.

I also just noticed the notch in the front passenger side of the factory console. I'm guessing this is for cords/cables? Will the microphone cable fit through the gap?

That is exactly what I want to do with my mics. Where did you find 6-8 wire cable like that to run behind your console to the radio??
