Default 2011 Rubicon & 2012 Sierra 4x4 Gen1 Trailer
I can finally post in this thread! Here's my 2011 Rubicon with my new 2012 Sierra 4x4 Gen1 trailer. I just picked the trailer up last week and went directly on a trip to Oregon. No off-road pics yet, but here's a one from the Oregon trip:

Lookin good. How big are those roof top tents. Are you guys using these for family camp trips or just couples. I don't think me my wife and two kids would be very comfortable but maybee there bigger than they look

I have the Tepui 'Kukenam' - definitely fits an adult and a child with no problem. Two kids and you'd definitely be snug! Roof-top tents are definitely the way to go without a doubt.

I'm no expert but i use just a normal tent on the ground and a lot of the cold comes from the ground, so being elevated would help with that

Maybe Im old but I learned on my first camping trip that a tent on the ground sucks. Between the uneveness, cold dampness, and god forbid you get a lot of rain and have a mud pit under your tent. Ill stick with tents off the ground
