Expedition Modded Jeeps - Let's see 'em!!
All aluminum. Great, lite rack.
They went out of business in 2009; very small number were actually delivered. I believe it was a production speed issue.
Mine was a prototype, ran by the Hood Lift guy first. The rack has seen far more than I have. LOL
Someday, I hope to catch up.

Thanks. It is a great rack. No wind noise either
Great design. Weighs just slightly more than a hardtop; barely. It flips back, with removal of 2 allen bolts; complete removal by just 4 bolts, leaving just the windshield hoop.

Quick question for those of you that have made your own offroad trailer. I'm looking to convert a single jet ski trailer into one and looking to put regular wheels and tires on it. Is there an adapter or would I need a different axle to put 35's and some cheap wheels on it? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. This may be a dumb question but since the wheels have no power going to them, what kind of axle are people putting under them. I don't need anything big but like you said, the stock trailer axle probably won't be too dependable.
I'm not really qualified to speak that specifically on the subject. I'll let someone with more knowledge answer that one. I will say though, that you should check out the expedition forum (google it) as there are tons of trailer build on it that will easily answer your questions (and probably give you more) as you read through them.
