Expedition Modded Jeeps - Let's see 'em!!
I presume you're happy with it?
Not quite a headliner, but I cut a foam mattress topper to fit between my Spiderweb Shade and the soft top. Work great. At 75 mph, my wife and I can carry on a conversation in a normal tone of voice and the kids can listen to a movie on the strap-in DVD player without having to use headphones. For less than $20, it definitely was worth it. Only problem is it doesn't end the noise coming from the soft side windows. I have an idea for those, so we'll see how that works out. Jeep® Wrangler Sound Deadening Headliner 050131 | Purchase DEI, CryO2, Ny-Trex, Boom Mat & SPA Turbo Products | Design Engineering, Inc. - Thermal Performance Products
Here is a couple of pictures of the headliner & rack. (The cutouts in the headliner is for roof rack brackets)
Edit: I forgot to mention that it also helped a lot with the heat in the summer.

I am running the AEV roof rack with my hardtop. I installed the Boom Mat Sound Deadening Headliner and it cut down wind and road noise down a lot. Very happy with the performance and looks (I also painted the inside of the hardtop black). It's pricy (especially the side window set), but worth the money. (I think Quadratec have it for $199 for the main kit).
