Expedition Modded Jeeps - Let's see 'em!!
I've been using a Waeco CAB 40 3 way for a couple of weeks now that I bought used for about $120. It's been superb on two trips now and Waecos get good write-ups over here. Worth looking at if you're on a budget. This is mine:

Not sure there's a Waeco importer here. If not, service is unavailable.
The Thermoelectric coolers are attractive, as there's no motor, no compressor, no moving parts. Unfortunately, they're only good for colder weather than we have here. When we go south to the desert, and the (closed hardtop) Jeep is parked in the sun, inside temp' reaches 60 Celsius (140 F) or more. Only a compressor-based fridge can cope with that.
BTW, when buying a fridge for offroading, make sure that it's made to work in a tilted position -- not all fridges are made for this.
Thanks, I'll check it.

BTW, just noticed you're in Israel. Where abouts are you. I was in Tel Aviv (Bogatov St) and a group of us Jeep enthusiasts used to meet in the desert every Friday afternoon. We'd sometimes stay over 'til Saturday. I was running a CJ5 back then!

So does anyone know of some places in PA to do like a weekend overland/camping trip? Even if it's more camping than off-roading. Just curious as to what you guys have found as I've had no luck.
Bald eagle state park. Look into state forests in maryland/virginia too. Also look into Mid-Atlantic Overland Festival in August. Should be a good time.
I got my Neon on it's new suspension, from 23" slipper to 29" eye to eye, SOA, shocks, 15" wheels and 29" TRXs. Extended the tongue jack and corner jackstands. Somehow I haven't run out of cutoff wheels nor welding wire.

Found some time (30 mins) to install hood prop kit. Fear of having wind slam the hood on the windshield and denting it like what happened on my old TJ, gone.
